SHIPPING POLICY

How often do we ship?

We ship every weekday, with all of our products packed to order! You can always find when your items will ship both in the shopping cart and in your receipt (by email). If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact us and we'll do our best. 

 

Where do we ship?

We ship our products to all 50 states and international. 

 

Do you have expedited shipping options?

Need a package shipped faster? No problem! We have one expedited shipping for you to choose during checkout! Once you have given a shipping address, a list of shipping options will be generated for you on the shipping page. You can modify your shipment date and even expedite your package by upgrading to Express 2-days (available for most products). All expedited shipping costs will be determined by your shipping address and the weight of the package. The cutoff for expedited orders will be 3:00 pm (Pacific Time) daily. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm will ship the following day.

 

How do I track the status of an order?

You can see which orders have shipped, and whether you have future shipments scheduled by logging into your account. When we ship each package, you'll receive a shipment notification by email. This email will contain a USPS tracking number. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact us at imperfectartistryllc@gmail.com


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return:

It is our mission to provide products with the highest quality to our customers.  While we are committed that you are satisfied with your purchase, we know there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

 

• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.

• Products must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

• Please note on the inside the reason for your return.

• Please mail your return to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy). 

• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Only items purchased on www.imperfectartistry.com may be accepted for a return.

Exchange:

We are happy to exchange any item that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. 

• We accept exchanges on items purchased from www.imperfectartistry.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.  

• Please contact us at imperfectartistryllc@gmail.com on what items to exchange.

• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, you are responsible to cover the difference.

• You will also be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.  

• Ship your exchange to us via a pre-paid package:

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 14 days.  Unfortunately, it is in the nature of our product technology to come across a wireless battery for our PMU machine that might be burnt out or is not working properly, if you happen to receive one we will replace it,  please contact us at imperfectartistryllc@gmail.com
